We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Whitewater Fishing garment. Our Lifetime Apparel Guarantee covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product.

This guarantee applies to normal consumer use and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required, and coverage is void if the product is used in a way it was not designed for.

If your item is found to be defective due to workmanship or materials, we’ll replace it with a comparable product of equal value whenever possible. If a replacement is unavailable and the item was purchased directly from Whitewater Fishing, a full refund may be issued at our discretion. Products purchased through an authorized retailer will be eligible for reimbursement via digital gift card.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or acts of nature, including fire, flooding, animal damage, or similar incidents. Normal wear and tear is also excluded. This includes—but is not limited to—tears, stains, pilling, fading, discoloration, burns, or material breakdown over time.

Our gear is built to perform in demanding conditions, but it isn’t indestructible. Rocks, brush, sharp objects, rough terrain, and unexpected missteps can all cause damage that falls outside warranty coverage.
